Better. Business. Decisions.
Informed, commercially sound advice and expertise for growing businesses.
Our Mission
Our mission is to help tech-driven businesses make better decisions in complex legal and commercial environments.
Savino Legal supports technology and digital businesses with strategic advice on commercial contracts, compliance and the governance of business relationships. Its work is informed by substantial experience in contracting and compliance matters affecting SaaS businesses, software services, software licensing and, more broadly, the digital economy.
The professional expertise and qualifications held by Savino Legal’s professionals, including qualifications obtained in different jurisdictions, complement this core offering and enable tailored support in relation to unreserved legal services in England and Wales and anything under the Italian Law.
When a contract becomes complex, a negotiation delicate, or a board-level issue needs clarity, we’re there to help you decide with confidence.
We work alongside founders and teams as a trusted advisor, bringing in-house level thinking without the rigidity, cost, or noise of traditional law firms. Our focus is on supporting decisions that are clear, commercially sound, and aligned with how the business actually operates.
Our approach is pragmatic, thoughtful, and always context-driven. We aim to be the partner you turn to when decisions matter — not just when problems arise.

Regulatory Information
Unreserved legal services in England and Wales.
In England and Wales, certain legal activities do not fall within the reserved legal activities set out in the Legal Services Act 2007. These are commonly referred to as unreserved legal services and may, subject to the applicable legal and regulatory requirements, be provided by professionals who are not solicitors or barristers. The statutory definitions and list of reserved legal activities are available in Schedule 2 to the Legal Services Act 2007.
Savino Legal provides advice on Italian law and, where applicable, unreserved legal services in England and Wales. It does not undertake reserved legal activities in England and Wales unless those activities are carried out through, or in collaboration with, an appropriately authorised person or entity.
