Roberta is a qualified Italian lawyer and an expert in common law systems. She has developed her professional experience across Italy, the United Kingdom, and the United States, advising clients in domestic and cross border contexts.

Her practice focuses on commercial law, B2B contracts, and legal support for businesses and professionals. She also advises on corporate governance, data protection, and anti money laundering compliance, providing comprehensive guidance across key regulatory areas. Roberta’s approach draws on an international perspective and commercial awareness, enabling her to deliver clear, pragmatic, and results oriented legal advice.

Based in London since 2014, she also advises on Italian law matters and, for work and disputes within Italy, collaborates with a trusted network of specialised local professionals, ensuring coordinated and high quality legal support.
